He looked incredible against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football, scoring three touchdowns — including two rushing scores in a 24-7 victory for the Eagles. Hurts outplayed Kirk Cousins and accounted for 333 passing yards.

He has the front office, coaching staff, teammates, and fans believing in him as a franchise quarterback. Hurts posted an amped-up tweet to social media following the game. He wants his critics to know he feeds off their doubts and is motivated to succeed.

As a team captain, he has the Eagles sitting atop the NFC East at 2-0.
