Alabama fans, Dolphins fans, and the NFL world are in prayer for Tua Tagovailoa.
He sustained a scary injury to his head and neck area in Thursday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Tagovailoa suffered injuries to his back and ankle in Miami’s win over Buffalo, but he continued to play. He was listed as ‘questionable’ for the matchup against Cincinnati, but Tagovailoa started the game. He got carted off the field on a stretcher and was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Hospital with head and neck injuries. Tagovailoa is conscious per the Dolphins, but the injury was scary.
The NFL world took to social media to show quick reactions.
Scary sight for Tua. This is what happened immediately after hitting the ground on a sack. Doctors are calling it a possible neurological disorder. pic.twitter.com/WW0ha52cm1

Truth be told Tua should probably never have been playing.
He displayed neurological trauma last week, we disregarded it, labeled it a “back injury” & let him back in the game.
Now, the whole world watch as he lay on the field helpless. When will we put player safety FIRST!

The head injury Tua suffered and the backstory of the questions last week that prompted an investigation supersede the importance of this game even as it continues.
