A reporter got love from Alabama head coach Nick Saban in Wednesday’s presser.
Saban is an avid New York Yankees fan. During the offseason, he’s known for wearing a Yankees shirt when he takes the new freshmen and veteran players to Lake Tuscaloosa for a bonding experience. As he prepares the Crimson Tide for its top-10 rivalry matchup against Tennessee, he noticed a media member wearing a Yankees shirt. He asked the reporter if he was a ‘real fan’ or was the shirt ‘just for show.’ The media pundit responded with he is a real fan. Saban replied, ‘that’s good, I like that.’

People in the room exploded with laughter.
He wants to make sure Alabama wins on Saturday, but Saban is serious about the Yankees.
