Alabama football’s pass-rush package called the ‘Cheetah Package,’ which includes Will Anderson, Chris Braswell and Dallas Turner is getting increasingly popular, and Nick Saban wants to know how the name got out to the public.
An Alabama fan wrote into “Hey Coach” Thursday, and he asked Saban how did Alabama come up with the name ‘Cheetah Package.’ Saban responded with a question of his own.
“I got a question for you,” Saban said. “How did everybody find out what we called it? We have a whole bunch of names for different alignments and different personnel groups.”
The host of “Hey Coach” Chris Stewart asked Saban was the name of the package suppose to get out, and Saban said, “I do not know. I just wonder how that happened.”
