The University of Alabama football program is preparing to bounce back against Mississippi State.

As it gears up for Mike Leach and the Bulldogs, the Crimson Tide is represented well on midseason watch lists.

Alabama linebackers Henry To’oto’o and Will Anderson made the Rotary Lombardi Award midseason list. Anderson, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Kool-Aid McKinstry made the midseason All-American watch list for Sporting News. The offensive line for the Tide is on the midseason honor roll for the Joe Moore Award. Alabama controls its destiny in the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference. It can win an SEC Championship and get to the College Football Playoff if it dominates the rest of its regular-season schedule.

The Tide has to improve in some areas, but a chance to run the table is there.
