Former Alabama linebacker, Reggie Ragland offered some advice to Alabama’s cornerback, Eli Ricks after the California native had an impressive performance against Mississippi State in his first start for Alabama.
Ricks transferred to Alabama from LSU, and he was rated as a five-star recruit coming out of high school. He had to wait until the eighth game of the season to get his first starting opportunity, but he made the most out of his chance. The LSU transfer was targeted 10 times by the Bulldogs, and he only gave up one completion. He finished the game with five forced incompletions, according to pro football focus.
Ragland, who played for Alabama from 2012 to 2015 before being drafted by the Buffalo Bills, told Ricks to continue working after his first start.
@eliasricks just work everything you want is right there in front of you! https://t.co/eqGMih3eDi
