CBS NFL Draft analyst Chris Trapasso’s latest 2023 NFL mock draft has three Alabama players being selected in the first round.
Bryce Young is the first Alabama player off the board in the mock draft. He is selected by the Lions as the No. 2 overall pick. The California native has thrown for 1,906 yards and 18 touchdowns in seven games this season.
Will Anderson is the next Alabama player off the board as the No. 3 overall pick. He is selected by the Bears. The junior has six sacks on the season and an interception, which he returned for a touchdown.
Brian Branch is the last Alabama player included in Trapasso’s mock draft. He is listed as the 15th overall pick for the Jets. Branch has 55 total tackles, two sacks and five pass deflections this season.
