Alabama is not playing for an SEC Championship opportunity or College Football Playoff chance, but it wants to show the nation it has the pride to be the feared program it once was. After having a better performance against Ole Miss in the second half, the Tide looks to dominate Austin Peay and Auburn. The Tigers are playing inspired behind Carnell “Cadillac” Williams as its interim head coach, but 2010 was the last time Auburn defeated Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala. Coach Nick Saban could have his team playing in a New Year’s Six bowl, depending on how strong it finishes the season. The Iron Bowl will be on CBS at 2:30 p.m. CT.
