Alabama will likely be down another offensive lineman to the transfer portal.
Sources have informed Touchdown Alabama’s Stephen M. Smith that redshirt junior offensive lineman Tanner Bowles is expected to enter the NCAA transfer portal.
Bowles, who arrived in the class of 2019, appeared in 11 of 12 games this season for the Crimson Tide primarily serving a role on special teams and as a reserve offensive lineman.
A native of Glasgow, Ky., Bowles is now the seventh Alabama player to enter the transfer portal this season. He now joins defensive lineman Braylen Ingraham, kicker Jack Martin, running back Trey Sanders, defensive back Khyree Jackson, offensive lineman Damieon George and wide receiver Christian Leary.
