Alabama running back Jahmyr Gibbs addressed the media on Monday as he officially made his announcement to enter the 2022 NFL Draft.
Gibbs capped off his collegiate career as he helped Alabama defeat Kansas State 45-20 in the Sugar Bowl where he rushed for 76 yards and caught two passes for 66 yards in the game.
Gibbs joined the Crimson Tide in 2021 after transferring from Georgia Tech and immediately became a standout on offense. He immediately became the team’s go-to running back rushing for 926 yards and seven touchdowns while catching 44 passes for 444 yards and three touchdowns.
