Alabama saw defensive coordinator Pete Golding leave the program as ESPN’s Chris Low reported that Golding has accepted a job at Ole Miss in the same role.
This has led to many speculating about who will be the next man in Tuscaloosa to call plays for Nick Saban’s defense. But one former Alabama player has a particular candidate in mind for the job.
Former Crimson Tide wide receiver Mike McCoy made an appearance on “In My Own Words” with Stephen M. Smith on Friday where he declared that Saban should be calling Jeremy Pruitt immediately.
