Bryce Young training with 3DQB program ahead of 2023 NFL Draft

Bryce Young drops back to pass against Auburn

Former Alabama quarterback, Bryce Young has been training with Adam Dedeaux in California, as he prepares for the 2023 NFL season.

Dedeaux is the founder of the 3DQB training program in Huntington Beach, California. The 3DQB training program focuses on four core quarterback training foundations: functional strength and conditioning, mechanics and motion analysis, mental and emotional management skills, and nutrition.

Former Saints quarterback and future Hall of Famer Drew Brees spoke with Young and a few other members of the training camp last week. Like Young, Brees was categorized as “undersized” by most, at 6-foot and 200 pounds.  Despite being undersized, Brees won a Super Bowl and was selected for the Pro Bowl 13 times, along with several other impressive accolades.

This will be the second straight year Bryce has trained with 3DQB. He spent part of the 2022 offseason in his home state of California working on improving his game with fellow SEC quarterback, Jayden Daniels. Young totaled 3,518 yards, and 36 touchdowns in 2022, with an impressive quarterback rating of 86.2 this past season.
