Bryce Young is regarded by most as the top quarterback prospect in this NFL Draft class.
He became the first signal-caller in Alabama football history to win the Heisman Trophy in 2021. Young finished his career ranking second all-time in school history for passing yards (8,356), passing touchdowns (80), and total touchdowns (87).

He set the Crimson Tide’s single-season record for passing yards (4,872), touchdown passes (47), and total scores (50) in 2021, propelling the team to a Southeastern Conference Championship and a spot in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game against Georgia. Young has a CFP National Championship ring (2020) and two SEC Championship rings (2020-21). The 6-foot, 194-pounder was a two-time team captain and one of the most electrifying players in college football.
People will nitpick his size in the draft process, but one ESPN analyst does not care. Dan Orlovsky, a former NFL quarterback, told Rich Eisen that Young is “so good” like Stephen Curry. Young is headed to the NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium.
“@_Bryce_Young is so good. I knows he not big (but) he’s Steph Curry.”

“He can flat-out play,” Orlovsky said on the Rich Eisen Show. “I feel so good about how good of a player he is. If you turn on the Texas tape and watch him play, tell me if there is anyone else coming out that can do what he’s doing. He is awesome.”
Young amassed the masses with his performances as a two-year starter in college.
