Alabama football starts spring practice on March 20.

The Crimson Tide looks to return to the College Football Playoff next season after missing out in 2022 and capture a national championship. Alabama updated its weight gains and weight dropped for players on the roster. Nick Saban has emphasized physicality, aggression, and toughness. Several players added healthy weight and dropped weight needed to be at their best.
