Alabama football’s redshirt sophomore defensive lineman, Tim Keenan III was spotted putting in work with Winning Edge offensive/defensive line trainer, Terrence Swift, during Alabama’s spring break Thursday.
Swift trains some of the nation’s top high school prospects, college players and NFL stars. He is currently training NFL and former Alabama players, Daron Payne (Washington Commanders), Phidarian Mathis (Washington Commanders) and Anfernee Jennings (New England Patriots) during the NFL off-season.
Keenan is coming off his redshirt freshman season, where he only played in two games for the Crimson Tide.

The 6-foot-2, 338 pounder looks ready to take a step forward in his game in the recent training clip, displaying some explosiveness.

Keenan will get his opportunity to make strides to work himself into Alabama’s defensive line rotation during spring practice.
