Alabama 5-Star QB commit Julian Sayin earns invite to Elite 11 Finals

Julian Sayin

Alabama football’s quarterback commit, Julian Sayin earned an invite to the Elite 11 Finals Sunday.

The Elite 11 brings together top performers to receive advanced, one-on-one quarterback instruction in a highly competitive setting. Last year’s event spanned three days and include on-field drills, routes-on-air, classroom instruction and off-field development. Those who compete in the finals will have an opportunity to be named as one of the Elite 11.

Multiple former Alabama quarterbacks have participated in the event in the past and been named to the Elite 11, including Bryce Young and Tua Tagovailoa.

Sayin considers the opportunity to join those two as a ‘dream come true.’

The Alabama commit was the only quarterback to earn an invite at Elite 11 Los Angeles regional stop.

The Crimson Tide hosted Sayin for an unofficial visit last week. He told Touchdown Alabama he had a great time in Tuscaloosa, and he was in the process of putting on some weight ahead of his senior season.

“I am really focused on putting on weight this off-season,” said Sayin. “I have done a good job of it. I am up around 20 pounds from last season.”
