Colorado first power 5 program to offer Kameron Keenan

Kameron Keenan

Kameron Keenan pulled in his first power five offer Friday from Colorado.

Keenan is a 2025 quarterback out of Ramsay High School in Birmingham, Alabama. He now holds three offers with his recent offer from the Buffaloes.

The sophomore gave credit to his faith after picking up his first power five offer from Colorado’s offensive coordinator Sean Lewis.

“It feels really surreal,” Keenan told Touchdown Alabama. “I’ve just been working hard, grinding, trusting the process and letting God do what he does. None of this would have been possible without him.”

Keenan went on to give his thoughts about Colorado.

“I think they are building an outstanding program, and I’m excited for what’s to come,” Keenan said.

Deion Sanders was named the head football coach at Colorado in December. The NFL Hall of Famer has all eyes on the Buffaloes at the moment. Keenan is liking what he he is seeing from Coach Prime.

“I think that he is laying a great foundation for the program there,” said Keenan.

Keenan led Ramsasy to a class 6A State Championship last season. The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder threw for 1,820 yards and 17 touchdowns while only throwing six interceptions during the 2022 football season.
