Tua Tagovailoa is not playing around with his commitment to staying healthy next fall.
He suffered multiple concussions in 2022, but the Miami Dolphins stayed faithful to him. The organization has exercised the fifth-year option on his rookie contract and believes he is the ‘perfect fit’ at quarterback. He is starting his workout process with his wide receivers and a video surfaced on Twitter with Tagovailoa showing an impressive physique. The native Hawaiian appears to have added more muscle to his frame as he’s putting in work with Jaylen Waddle and others. His upper body and lower body have more bulk and definition to it. If he can avoid injuries, Tagovailoa will be the next dynamic young quarterback in the NFL.
