4-Star DL Jeremiah Beaman has college football’s best battling

Jeremiah Beaman

Jeremiah Beaman has some of college football’s top programs making extremely hard pushes for him at the moment.

Beaman is a product of Parker High School in Birmingham, Alabama. He is one of the best true defensive ends in the country, garnering a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites.

The four-star cut his recruitment down to 10 schools by listing Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas in his Top 10 Sunday.

“I just felt like it was good to drop it on Easter Sunday,” Beaman told Touchdown Alabama. “I felt like I was ready to drop my top 10 to see how people react to my top schools.”

Beaman is still working through his recruitment as a whole with no decision date in mind at the moment.

“I’m still thinking about it right now,” said Beaman. “I really don’t have like a recruiting timeline. I just wanted to get a top 10 out there.”

Alabama football is a program, that has been heavily involved with Beaman since offering him around a year ago. The Crimson Tide were included in his top 10 because of their player development and his relationship with their staff.

“It is just the program all around, producing great players, going to the NFL,” said Beman. “I think if I went there, I can be one of those great players and just have the support system to hold you down and take care of you while you are there. I like the people and the atmosphere there.”

The Tide hosted the Parker product last week.

“It was amazing,” Beaman said when discussing his recent Alabama visit. “I got time to sit down with coach Roach and talk. I got time to talk with coach Saban. He was just telling me about all the things he likes about me.”

Georgia got Beaman back on campus last week as well. The Bulldogs are a program Beaman is excited to get a better feel for.

“Georgia has an amazing program,” Beaman said. “I like it in Athens. I think Georgia suits me well. I just have to keep trying to get a vibe check, trying to fill it out.”

Clemson had big success in Alabama during the 2023 recruiting cycle. The Tigers are looking to do the same during this recruiting cycle with Beaman high on their board.

“I like Clemson,” said Beman. “I like just the atmosphere there and the people around you. I enjoy it.”

Auburn is a program, that is trending upwards with four four-star 2024 recruits, including three in-state prospects. Beaman feels comfortable in Auburn with connections to multiple players on the Tigers’ roster.

“It is really about how many players I know there and just the relationship I built with them. Just like my big brother, Jayson Jones and all the guys on the defensive line. I just have a great bond with all of them. I know I worked out with most of them, so just incredible people to be around.”
