Alabama football’s third-year defensive lineman, Tim Keenan looks to have shown major improvement this spring.
Keenan is a redshirt sophomore for the Crimson Tide. He played in two games last season for Alabama, finishing the year with a tackle next to his name. However, multiple sources have confirmed to Touchdown Alabama the Birmingham native’s game has taken a step forward.
The former four-star has continued to transform his body while at The Capstone. It was reported Keenan drop five pounds a the beginning of the spring, going from 343 pounds to 338 pounds.
One source described Keenan as ‘much improved’ after the Tide’s first scrimmage. Those reviews carried over to the Tide’s second scrimmage.
“Tim has slimmed down, shows quickness, strength, getting off blocks and making plays,” another source stated. “He had a pretty good scrimmage last week, even better today.”
Alabama fans will get their first look at an improved Keenan on Saturday during the Crimson Tide’s spring game. A-Day will kick off at 2 p.m. CST from Bryant-Denny Stadium.
