Ty Simpson led team Crimson to a win in Alabama’s spring game Saturday.
Simpson finished the game with 156 passing yards and 58 rushing yards while throwing a pick. Here is how some Alabama fans reacted to the former five-star’s performance:

I think Ty Simpson looked like the better QB today in Alabama’s A-Day game. Milroe didn’t show much consistency, not unlike last year. Simpson was making all the throws and even showed off some wheels as a runner.

So Ty Simpson is the starter. Positive reminds me of mac jones with taking the short route to get free yardage. Con arm strength is not there yet but still have all of summer to strengthen it.
