Justice Haynes, a native Georgian, wowed fans on A-Day, but Richard Young is coming.
As a native Floridian, Young was one of the nation’s most explosive backs in the 2023 class.

He received more conversation than Haynes on the recruiting trail, but Haynes decided to enroll early. Young brings power, speed, finesse, and vision as a balanced runner. He selected the Crimson Tide over Georgia, Notre Dame, Oregon, Oklahoma, and Ohio State. The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder shared his mentality on Twitter before his arrival to the University of Alabama.
