Gude is one of the top defensive back prospects in the 2024 recruiting class with offers from some of the top college football programs in the nation, including Ohio State and Alabama.
The Georgia product had some good things to say about Fitzpatrick after working out with him.
“He is definitely going to go down as one of the greats,” said Gude. “He already is at Alabama.”
Alabama offered Gude in January. He returned to Tuscaloosa for multiple days earlier this month and felt Alabama was definitely in his top three.

At 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, Gude made multiple plays on the defensive side of the football for Sandy Creek High School en route to a state championship. He was a physical tackler, who was always around the football. He showed the type of playmaking ability that should help him work his way to near the top of Alabama’s defensive back recruiting board.
