Alabama defensive back DeMarcco Hellams received the phone call that changed his life on Saturday as he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL Draft.

After spending four years with the Crimson Tide, Hellams was selected with pick No. 224 of the seventh round by the Falcons.
