Key has Alabama, Florida State, North Carolina, Ohio State, Ole Miss and Oregon in his top six.
The former UAB defensive back entered the portal last week and visited Alabama football.
The Florida product was named an Honorable Mention for All-Conference USA last season. He finished the year with 60 tackles, three interceptions, 4.5 tackles for loss and two forced fumbles as a redshirt junior.
Alabama lost two defensive backs to the portal during spring practice and is looking to add depth to its secondary.
