Watch: Bengals head coach calls Alabama safety Jordan Battle to draft him

He is full of energy on the field and in the locker room, but Jordan Battle had a calmness when he got his NFL Draft call.

Many had the former Alabama safety pegged for the second round, but Battle got taken at No. 95 overall in the third round.

Zach Taylor, the head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, called Battle. As a South Florida native, the former four-star recruit is ready to work for “Who Dey” Nation. Battle was productive throughout his career with the Crimson Tide, totaling 71 tackles, two pass breakups, and an interception in 2022. He collected six interceptions for his career, including three returned for scores.

Battle is going to be good for the Bengals.
