Bryce Young will wear a number in the National Football League that is familiar to him.
According to NFL insiders, the California native is wearing No. 9 for the Carolina Panthers.

Young got selected at No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft, becoming the first-ever No. 1 selection for Alabama football in the Nick Saban era. He rocked No. 9 in three seasons for the Crimson Tide, winning a Heisman Memorial Trophy in 2021.

Young assisted the program to a Southeastern Conference Championship in 2021.
He also helped the Tide to an Allstate Sugar Bowl victory in 2022. The 5-foot-10, 204-pounder was a two-time team captain and finished his career second all-time for passing yards (8,356), passing touchdowns (80), and total touchdowns (87).
