What did we learn about outside linebackers from Alabama’s A-Day?

Alabama graduated an incredible outside linebacker to the National Football League, but it has others.

Will Anderson Jr., the No. 3 overall pick of the NFL Draft, stood second to only Derrick Thomas for career sacks (34.5) and tackles for loss (62) in a Crimson Tide uniform. He accomplished several individual accolades, but Anderson’s focus is now on dominating the pros. Dallas Turner, a former five-star from South Florida, is next up as an elite edge rusher. He’s totaled 12 sacks in two years, including four in 2022. Turner missed spring practice because he had to recover from surgery. His absence opened a door for others to step up. Chris Braswell, another five-star linebacker, did not participate in the spring game either for the Tide.
