
Alabama had two linebackers selected by the Houston Texans in the NFL Draft.
Will Anderson Jr., an outside linebacker, got taken at No. 3 overall.

Henry To’oto’o, an inside linebacker, got called off the board in the fifth round. To’oto’o, a former Tennessee transfer, finished second for Alabama’s defense in total tackles (94). He collected eight stops for loss, 2.5 sacks, and a quarterback hurry. He had a team-high 113 tackles in 2021, 8.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, two quarterback hurries, two pass breakups, and a forced fumble.
He will wear No. 39 for the Texans under head coach DeMeco Ryans.

To’oto’o helped the Tide to a Southeastern Conference Championship in 2021 and an Allstate Sugar Bowl victory in 2022.
