Jayden Woods recently earned an offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Woods is a four-star edge-rusher out of Mill Valley High School in Shawnee, Kansas. The 2025 recruiting holds 19 offers after picking up an offer from the Tide.
Woods’ coach told him about his offer from Alabama.
“I felt very appreciative and humbled,” Woods said. “From the insight I got from Coach Roach, it sounds like a great place with a great culture and people.”

The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder is a strong and physical player off the edge. He packs a powerful punch and can push offensive linemen at the high school level into the backfield, and the 2025 prospect uses his hands really well and is effective when playing in space.
Woods feels his football knowledge and his physical playing style are among his biggest strengths.
“I would say my physicality and play recognition,” Woods said.
