Alabama 5-Star DB target KJ Bolden locks in official visit

KJ Bolden after Buford game

KJ Bolden told Touchdown Alabama Wednesday he has locked in an official visit with the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Bolden is a 2024 five-star defensive back out of Buford High School in Georgia. The Crimson Tide will host him for an official visit on the weekend of June 23. Clemson, Georgia and Ohio State will host him for an official before Alabama.

Auburn will host Bolden for a visit in September. Florida State is also in line to get an official visit from him.

The Tide last hosted the five-star prospect in April.

“Alabama was hands down one of my best visits,” Bolden told Touchdown Alabama. “The time I spent with coach Saban and T-Rob was everything. I was also able to spend time with my former teammates.”

Bolden also added Alabama was high on his board after the visit.

“I am looking forward to my next visit,” Bolden said. “Alabama sits really high on my board, and I’m looking forward to these next few months to see what happens.”

The 6-foot, 190-pounder has made explosive plays as a wide receiver and at safety throughout his high school career. He has displayed an ability to be explosive after the catch as a wide receiver and the ability to close on the football with impressive speed as a defensive back.
