Alabama football’s freshman offensive lineman, Miles McVay is using his off time to get on some work ahead of his freshman season with the Crimson Tide.
McVay tweeted out a video of him working out Monday, and the 6-foot-6, 350-pounder is moving. The Illinois native enrolled at the University of Alabama as an early enrollee, and he went through spring practice with the Tide. With that experience under his belt, he looks to have a strong summer.
