Alabama’s quarterback room is intriguing, but Jalen Milroe looks to show he will take the starting job.
The redshirt sophomore has been working with wide receivers, offensive linemen, and different trainers to position himself for a potential breakout season in the fall. ArDarius Stewart, a former Crimson Tide receiver, is all in on Milroe being the starting signal-caller for the Tide. He carries a skill set and demeanor similar to Blake Sims and Jalen Hurts. Milroe led the Tide to a victory over Texas A&M, filling in for Bryce Young. He also came off the bench to replace Young versus Arkansas and assisted Alabama to a win. He suffered some mistakes, but Milroe played with confidence. He also improved as a passer in spring practice.
