Derrick Henry enters his eighth season in the National Football League this fall.
A former second-round pick in 2016, he is the face of the Tennessee Titans.

Henry has served as one of the league’s most dominant running backs since 2018. He has posted four 1,000+ yard rushing seasons, including a 2,000-yard (2,027) campaign in 2020. Henry is a two-time NFL rushing champion (2019, 2020), three-time Pro Bowl selection, 2020 first-team All-Pro selection, and an NFL Offensive Player of the Year honoree. He is preparing for another marquee year in the fall. The 6-foot-3, 247-pounder unveiled an intense workout video to social media.

Henry’s workouts are insane as he pushes everything to the limit.
No one wants to tackle him in the second half of games and his workouts set him up to punish defenders late in matchups.

Henry, a former five-star in the Univerity of Alabama’s 2013 recruiting class, helped the Crimson Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2015. He totaled 2,219 yards rushing and 28 touchdowns, earning several awards — including the Heisman Trophy. Henry is second all-time in school history for career rushing yards (3,591) ad tied for second in rushing touchdowns (42). We will see how far Henry can take the Titans in the coming season.
