David Ballou, the Crimson Tide’s Director of Sports Performance, shared impressive numbers for JC Latham and Tyler Booker on the bench press via Instagram. Latham is benching 505 pounds and recently joined the 1,000-pound squat club. Booker is closing in on benching 500 (475) pounds. Both are physical linemen that are ready for a monster showing in the fall for Alabama.

Latham will represent the Tide as a student-athlete at SEC Football Media Days.
