Nick Saban and Alabama football are high on their latest linebacker commit and Germany product, Justin Okoronkwo.
Okoronkwo committed to Alabama Sunday after decommitting from Maryland a day earlier. Brandon Collier, who helped Okoronkwo and other international football prospects get recruited through his PPI Recruits organization, recently shared Saban’s thoughts on the 2024 linebacker via Twitter.

“If Justin was in the USA, he would be a 5-Star,” Collier tweeted referring to what Saban told him.

The new Alabama commit stands at 6-foot-3 and weighs 223 pounds. He has impressive tangibles with his frame, speed and athleticism. Okornokwo also possesses seem versatility as a linebacker, which is big in today’s game.
