Casey Poe announced his verbal commitment to Alabama football Wednesday.
Poe is a product of Lindale High School in Texas. He garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites and is considered one of the nation’s top interior offensive linemen. The four-star is the Crimson Tide’s 13th 2024 commit, and his pledge gives Alabama two 2024 offensive lineman commits.
The Tide beat out Auburn, Clemson, LSU, Georgia, Oklahoma and Texas Tech to pick up commitment Poe.

At 6-foot-5 and 280 pounds, Poe is a multi-sport athlete. He has experience playing tackle and guard. Wolford has previously told Poe he feels he is one of the top offensive linemen in the 2024 recruiting class.
