Could the University of Alabama have its third undefeated football season of the Nick Saban era?

JC Latham, a veteran offensive lineman, believes it will. The former five-star told reporters at SEC Media Days in Nashville (Tenn.) the expectation for this year’s team is going unbeaten. Latham said this team will be physical, dominant, disciplined, and focused on channeling the disrespect it has been getting into fuel. He has not captured a national championship since his arrival as a true freshman in 2021. Latham has watched Georgia win back-to-back national titles, but he knows the Tide is capable.

Former players for Alabama are starting to sense the potential of this team going undefeated.

Chris Owens, a University of Alabama alumnus, played from 2016 to 2021.

He was on two College Football Playoff National Championship teams as an offensive lineman (2017, 2020), including an undefeated one in 2020. Owens, a native Texan, proclaimed on social media that this team will go undefeated.

A lot of excitement is in store for the upcoming fall.
