It was a tough day for Jerry Jeudy during the Broncos training camp on Thursday. After leaving practice with a hamstring injury it has now been reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Peliserro that Jeudy will likely miss several weeks.
#Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy is expected to miss several weeks with a moderate hamstring injury suffered today in practice, per me and @TomPelissero.
That puts Jeudy’s status in question for Week 1. But there’s optimism it’s nothing long term for one of Denver’s top weapons. pic.twitter.com/KNv0QAUDOR

Jeudy was in the midst of a joint practice with the Broncos and Rams when he pulled up with the injury during an 11-on-11 drill. He would be carted off the field and administered an MRI soon after.
The former Alabama wide receiver missed two games last season after suffering ankle and rib injuries and also missed six games in 2021 with a high ankle sprain.
Prior to his injury, Jeudy was considered to be the top target for quarterback Russell Wilson who is trying to reignite the struggling offense under new head coach Sean Payton.
