Antonio Coleman recently became the Alabama Crimson Tide’s fifth 2025 commit when he chose the Tide over Texas, Clemson and others.
Coleman is a four-star defensive lineman recruit, who attends Saraland High School in Alabama.
The junior told Touchdown Alabama it has always been a dream of his to play for the Tide.
“I just feel like Alabama is home,” Coleman said. “Since I was a kid, I wanted to go to Alabama. Seeing them play that first game, it just lit up my eyes. I was just fulfilling my dreams.”
Coleman and Saraland are 3-0 on the season after recently picking up a win over Spanish Fort.
“I want to prove that I’m more dominant than people think,” said Coleman. “I feel like as a whole we want all eyes on us because last year, it was kind of biased on the offensive side, so I feel like we have a point to prove. We got a chip on our shoulder.”

Teams from across the nation will continue to try to recruit Coleman, but he plans to stay locked in with Alabama.
“All I need is Bama right now,” Coleman said.
