Former Alabama running back Kenyan Drake is back in the NFL as the Baltimore Ravens announced on Thursday it had signed him to its practice squad.
Drake appeared in 12 games, with five starts last season for the Ravens carrying the ball 109 times for 482 yards and four touchdowns, while catching 17 passes for 89 yards and one touchdown.

The Ravens are seeking depth at the running back position as starting tailback J.K. Dobbins was lost for the season during the team’s Week 1 game.
Drake originally entered the league back in 2016 when he was selected in the third round by the Miami Dolphins. Since then he has had stints with the Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders, Indianapolis Colts and now returns for a second term with the Ravens for year eight in the league.
