Williams attends Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. He garners a five-star rating from multiple recruiting sites and is a considered a top 2025 safety prospect. The Texas product also holds offers from Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma.
At 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, Williams is an explosive athlete, who can make plays on offense and as a returner. He flashes physicality when he is called upon to make plays close to the line of scrimmage.
