Terrion Arnold shared a response Tuesday to a recent comment made by Texas A&M wide receiver, Ainias Smith, concerning Alabama and Nick Saban.
Smith has made it obvious he is taking Saturday’s game between the Aggies and Alabama football personal because of what stems from Nick Saban blocking his older brother, Maurice Smith, from transferring to Georgia in 2016. The Texas A&M wideout has also stated he feels he knows what Nick Saban wants to do, and the Aggies are going to ‘mess that up.’
Arnold responded to those comments during his Tuesday media availability.
“I seen something that said he knows what Coach Saban wants,” Arnold said. “When I seen that, I was kind of like, I mean, I’ve been here three years and, I don’t know what the guy wants. I don’t really know. If we’re being honest, I don’t even really know.”

Smith also criticized the state of Alabama football right now.
“I kind of know what Nick Saban expects from his offense, from his defensive side,” said Smith “I’m not trying to be cocky or nothing, but his class, my brother’s class, they was nice. They was real nice. No disrespect to Alabama right now, but them boys was always 1, 2, like, it was no questions. Right now, I guess with the rankings, you could say, I ain’t even gonna say that. But at the same time, I know what Nick Saban wants, and we’re gonna mess that up. If them boys don’t got no momentum for real, we’re gonna have to take that away, immediately.”
Alabama and Texas A&M will square off Saturday. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. CST.
