Nick Saban commented on Alabama football’s tight end, Amari Niblack’s, confidence this season during his Wednesday press conference.
The sophomore tight end is becoming a reliable target for the Crimson Tide. Niblack has eight receptions, two touchdowns and 158 receiving yards through five games.
Saban thinks the Florida product’s understanding of the game has improved his confidence.
“He’s doing great,” Saban said. “He’s a really good receiver. He’s improved as a blocker. This year, his confidence and knowledge of the offense and what he’s doing, how to do it, why it’s important to do that way is so much better. And I think it’s starting to show up in how productive he is on the field as a player.”
Niblack signed with Alabama as a four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class.
