Ainias Smith and Nick Saban met up on the field after the Crimson Tide defeated the Texas A&M Aggies in College Station.
Smith had some words for Saban ahead of the matchup because he was taking the game ‘personal.’ The Aggie wideout made sure he kept that same energy after Saban and Alabama picked up the win on Saturday.
“It was nothing, for real,” Smith said when asked about their interaction. “He was just talking, asking how my brother was doing, telling me that I had a great punt return. That was about it. I tried to catch him. I felt like he was trying to run away from me…But it’s all love.”
