During the second quarter of the Sunday Night Football matchup between the Buffalo Bills and New York Giants, running back Damien Harris sustained an injury that required him to be carted off the field.
The injury occurred when Harris carried the ball for Buffalo and when he was struck by New York linebacker Bobby Okereke and remained down on the play.
Buffalo’s medical staff immediately met Harris on the field and was brought off the field in an ambulance.
Prior to being stretchered into the ambulance, Harris gave the crowd a thumbs.
