Alabama DB ranked among PFF’s highest-graded cornerbacks this season

Alabama football’s starting cornerback, Terrion Arnold is ranked among Pro Football Focus’ highest-graded cornerbacks this season through seven games.

Arnold is the nation’s sixth highest-graded cornerback with a grade of 83.2. He is Alabama’s fifth-leading tackler with 36 tackles, and he also has one interception and one sack on the season.

The Alabama cornerback found himself on the wrong end of one of the most memorable moments in Alabama’s win over the Arkansas Razorbacks when he attempted to sack KJ Jefferson, and the Razorback quarterback threw him off of him.

“They’re a good team and that quarterback is a handful,” Saban said. “When a quarterback can take a major college football player and sling him off like a gnat on a fly’s ass, I mean a gnat on a cow’s ass. I mean that was one of the most impressive plays I’ve ever seen a player make.”

Arnold will look to be impactful against Tennessee this weekend.
