Alabama outside linebacker, Dallas Turner recently talked about facing Jayden Daniels and LSU next weekend in a highly-anticipated game.
Turner is one of the nation’s best at getting after the quarterback with seven sacks on the season. He will be tasked along with the rest of Alabama’s talented defense to slow down the Tigers and their quarterback.
Daniels has thrown for a total of 2,573 yards and 25 touchdowns while throwing three interceptions this season. He led the Tigers to a win over the Crimson Tide in last year’s matchup.
Turner knows the threat Daniels presents and is ‘excited’ to compete against him.
“Jayden Daniels is a very good quarterback,” Turner said. “They have very good receivers and a solid offensive line. It’s very exciting. It has to be a very big preparation for us as a defense to make sure we’re playing on the same page. It’s going to be a very exciting matchup for us.”
Alabama and LSU will play in a night game next Saturday with kickoff set for 6:45 p.m. CST.
