CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm updated his bowl projections Sunday, and he has the Alabama Crimson Tide headed to the Cotton Bowl to take on Oregon.
Alabama is 7-1 and undefeated in the SEC. They are currently projected to be in the College Football Playoff picture with the first rankings of the season set to be released on Tuesday. LSU will travel to Tuscaloosa Saturday to take on the Crimson Tide in a game that will impact the SEC Championship and the playoff picture.
LSU and Alabama are set to kick off at 6:45 p.m. CST from Bryant-Denny Stadium.
