Lane Kiffin never disappoints in the realm of entertainment.
Whether it is on the football field, in press conferences, or on social media, the Mississippi head coach finds ways to influence the college football world to laugh. He was on the ESPN College GameDay set making his prediction for Alabama’s matchup against LSU at Bryant-Denny Stadium at 6:45 p.m. CT via CBS. Kiffin appreciates everything Nick Saban did for him to revive his coaching career, but he is not pulling for Alabama. He has an agenda in the SEC West with a one-loss team.

The Rebels fell to the Crimson Tide, 10-24, and that is its lone blemish. Ole Miss earned a 55-49 victory over LSU, so Kiffin is pulling for the Tigers to beat Alabama. He knows he needs help for his team to make the Southeastern Conference Championship Game in Atlanta, Ga.
“You guys have fun in Tuscaloosa,” Kiffin said. “They tell me I’m supposed to root for LSU today, so Geaux Tigers.”
A victory for LSU would give Ole Miss control of the SEC West.
